Thank you for your interest in becoming an RMAA Affiliate Club or Shop. Affiliates play a vital role in the success of the Rocky Mountain Archery Association by helping provide quality tournaments and archery opportunities throughout our community.

Why Become an Affiliate?

RMAA Affiliates are eligible to host RMAA-sanctioned events and contribute directly to the growth of competitive archery in our region. Affiliate clubs and shops become part of a hosting rotation that helps ensure fair opportunities for all participating organizations.

Affiliate Benefits

As an RMAA Affiliate, your club or shop receives:

• Eligibility to host RMAA tournaments and events
• Placement on the RMAA continuous rolling host list
• Two (2) Individual RMAA Memberships
• The opportunity to help shape and grow archery within the RMAA community

Event Hosting Opportunities

To provide equal opportunities for all Affiliates, RMAA maintains a continuous rolling host list.

• The RMAA Board of Directors selects event hosts from this list in order when planning the following season’s schedule.
• Hosting opportunities are based on an Affiliate’s position on the rolling list.

Maintaining Affiliate Status

To remain active and eligible for event hosting, Affiliates must:

1. Complete the RMAA Affiliate Application annually.
2. Pay Affiliate dues each year.
3. Submit both the application and dues no later than the date of the Annual Meeting.

Important Renewal Information

Affiliates that do not renew annually by the Annual Meeting:

• Become ineligible to host RMAA events.
• Lose their current position on the rolling host list.

Once Affiliate status is renewed, the club or shop will be reinstated at the bottom of the rolling list.

RMAA Affiliates are more than event hosts. They are partners in promoting sportsmanship, competition, and the continued growth of archery throughout the Rocky Mountain region. We appreciate your dedication and look forward to working together to create memorable experiences for archers of all ages and skill levels.
